Consultation: Partnership Law Bill


The Parliamentary Counsel Office and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment sought feedback on the Partnership Law Bill before it is introduced to Parliament.

The Bill's purpose is to re-enact the Partnership Act 1908 to make it more accessible, readable, and easier to understand. It is not intended to make policy changes.

Exposure draft, explanatory material, and how to make a submission

We have prepared the "exposure draft" of the Bill for public review, so that feedback from interested parties can be used to improve the Bill before introduction to Parliament.
