How to apply

Application process

Once the vacancy has closed it may take two to three weeks for candidates to be shortlisted for an interview.

As part of our selection process we may give you a quick call to find out whether the salary range and your availability to start meet expectations.

If you are shortlisted we will get in touch with you to arrange an interview time.

If you are not shortlisted, we will contact you to let you know.  You are welcome to ask for feedback on why your application wasn’t successful.

Interviews

Interviews are usually around one hour long, with the interview panel being made up of the hiring manager, HR, and possibly someone else you may be working closely with. 

After the interview, it may take up to a week for us to get in touch with you to let you know the outcome. If you have been chosen for the role, we will conduct reference checks and possibly ask you to carry out a psychometric test.

If successful, we will provisionally offer you the role. PCO policy requires us to notify our staff of all appointments, with staff having five working days to request a review. Once this review period has expired, if no reviews were requested we will confirm your appointment with you.
