New Zealand Legislation website
The New Zealand Legislation website provides access to up-to-date Acts, PCO-drafted secondary legislation, Bills, and Amendment Papers (before 8 December 2023 known as a Supplementary Order Papers). It provides official copies of Acts and PCO-drafted secondary legislation.
See What's on the site and how it works for more information on what the New Zealand Legislation website does and doesn't provide, how often it is updated, and which versions of legislation on the site are official. Note that not all secondary legislation is published on the New Zealand Legislation website.
All legislation on the New Zealand Legislation website is also available in XML format through data.govt.nz, together with the DTDs associated with the XML data.
